KX88 Terms and Conditions — Rules for Pakistan Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between you and KX88 when you use the platform at kx88.cx. By registering an account, making a deposit or placing any bet or game wager, you are confirming that you have read these terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

These terms apply to all sections of the platform — sports betting, live casino, slot games, the VIP programme and all promotions. If any part of these terms conflicts with a specific promotion or game rule, the more specific rule applies to that particular activity, but the general terms remain in force for everything else.

KX88 reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date at the top. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Account Registration

To use KX88 you must create an account. Registration is free and open to players aged 18 and over. By registering, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• All information you provide during registration — including your name, date of birth, mobile number and payment details — is accurate, current and complete.
• You are registering only one account. Only one account is permitted per person, per household and per device. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balance may be forfeited.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of another person.
• You accept full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account credentials.

You are responsible for keeping your account password secure. KX88 will never ask for your password through any channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed by someone else, contact support immediately and change your password from the account settings.

KX88 may ask you to verify your identity at any point — including before processing withdrawals, after large wins or as part of routine compliance checks. Verification typically involves confirming your CNIC, mobile number or address. Accounts that cannot be verified may be temporarily restricted until verification is complete.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

All account balances on KX88 are held and displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed in PKR only. The following payment methods are currently supported:

• JazzCash — instant deposit confirmation, withdrawals to registered JazzCash account.
• Easypaisa — instant deposit confirmation, withdrawals to registered Easypaisa account.
• Raast — bank-linked instant payment, available for deposits and withdrawals.
• Bank Transfer — available for both deposits and withdrawals; processing time may vary by bank.
• Debit/Credit Cards and Mobile Wallets — subject to availability and your card issuer's terms.

Deposits are credited to your KX88 account balance once confirmed by the payment provider. For JazzCash and Easypaisa this is typically instant. For bank transfers, processing may take up to one business day depending on your bank.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible. KX88 processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes published in the account section. Higher VIP tiers receive priority withdrawal processing. Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification before release.

KX88 reserves the right to request documentation to verify the source of funds before processing large withdrawals. This is a standard compliance measure and applies to all players regardless of VIP tier. Providing accurate and complete documentation promptly will avoid delays.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

KX88 offers a range of promotions including the welcome bonus, weekly reload bonuses, free spin offers and cricket-specific promotions during PSL and T20 seasons. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to players who have registered a verified KX88 account.
• Each bonus offer specifies a minimum qualifying deposit amount in PKR.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. This requirement is displayed clearly on each promotion page before you claim.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for that bonus. Unused bonus balance and any associated winnings expire when the validity period ends.
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Sports bets and live casino games typically contribute at a different rate to slot games. The contribution rates are specified per promotion.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time. Claiming a new bonus while a previous bonus is still active may void the earlier bonus.
• Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational play. If KX88 determines that a player is exploiting bonus offers through irregular betting patterns, the platform reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings.

KX88 reserves the right to withdraw, alter or add bonus offers at any time. Any change to an active bonus that you have already claimed will be communicated to you before it takes effect. Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

5. Sports Betting Rules

The KX88 sports book covers cricket — including PSL, T20 internationals and bilateral series — as well as football, tennis, basketball and esports. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the platform:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the moment of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked in regardless of subsequent market movement.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts per bet are displayed within the bet slip and may vary by market and event.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to market availability. KX88 may suspend in-play markets at any point during an event. Any bet placed before a suspension is confirmed and valid; bets submitted at the moment of suspension may be voided.
• If an event is postponed and rescheduled within 48 hours, bets will stand for the rescheduled fixture. If the event is postponed beyond 48 hours or cancelled, all bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• In the event of a technical fault or data feed error affecting odds, KX88 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. This applies to both pre-match and in-play markets.
• Cricket-specific rules: for PSL and T20 matches, the Duckworth–Lewis–Stern (DLS) method applies to weather-affected matches where applicable. Session and over/under markets are settled based on balls bowled unless otherwise stated.
• For esports markets including CS:GO, Dota 2 and PUBG Mobile, match results are settled based on the official result from the organising body. Disputed results will be settled once the official ruling is confirmed.

6. Casino & Slots Rules

The live casino and slot games sections of KX88 operate under the rules of the respective game software providers. KX88 acts as the platform through which games are accessed; the game logic, payout percentages and random number generation are controlled by the software provider.

• All casino and slot game results are determined by the software provider's certified random number generator (RNG). KX88 does not alter or influence game outcomes.
• Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages are long-term theoretical averages and do not guarantee individual session results.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino session, the game result will be determined by the server-side record at the time of disconnection. KX88 is not responsible for internet connection failures on the player's side.
• Progressive jackpot amounts displayed in the slot lobby are live figures pulled from the provider's servers. KX88 does not guarantee or underwrite any specific jackpot amount.
• Game malfunctions void all pays and plays. If a technical fault results in an incorrect game result or payout, KX88 will work with the software provider to determine the correct outcome and adjust the balance accordingly.

Stake amounts across all casino and slot games are denominated in PKR. There is no currency conversion applied when you play on KX88 — your PKR balance is the amount at stake.

7. VIP Programme

The KX88 VIP programme has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Tier progression is based on cumulative wagering points earned across all platform activities including sports betting, live casino and slot games.

• Points accumulate automatically. You do not need to opt in to the VIP programme separately.
• Weekly cashback is the primary VIP benefit and is paid every Monday in real PKR. Cashback rates are: Bronze 5%, Silver 8%, Gold 12%, Platinum 16%, Diamond 20%.
• VIP cashback carries no wagering requirement and is credited as real money to your account balance.
• Tier status is reviewed periodically. If wagering activity falls below the threshold required to maintain a tier, you may be moved to a lower tier at the next review cycle.
• Platinum and Diamond members receive priority withdrawal processing and access to a dedicated account contact.
• KX88 reserves the right to modify VIP programme benefits, tier thresholds and cashback rates with reasonable notice. Changes will be communicated in the promotions section.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on KX88. Accounts found engaged in any of these will be suspended immediately pending investigation:

• Multi-accounting: Opening more than one account, whether under the same or different identity details, is prohibited.
• Collusion: Coordinating bets with other players to gain an unfair advantage, whether in live casino or sports betting markets.
• Match-fixing or insider information: Placing bets using information not publicly available, or on events you have attempted to influence.
• Automated betting systems: Using bots, scripts or any automated software to place bets or interact with the platform without human input.
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting bonus offers through low-risk hedging, pattern betting designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or using multiple accounts to claim the same offer.
• Fraudulent deposits: Using payment credentials not belonging to you, chargebacks, or any other form of payment fraud.
• Underage gambling: Attempting to register or play while under 18 years of age.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

KX88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion. Situations that may lead to account action include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Suspicious activity identified through platform monitoring.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the player against KX88.
• Requests from the player to self-exclude under the responsible gaming tools.

If your account is closed for a breach of these terms, KX88 may withhold the account balance pending investigation. If no breach is confirmed, the balance will be returned via the player's last used withdrawal method. If a breach is confirmed, the balance may be partially or fully forfeited depending on the nature of the violation.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account can do so by contacting customer support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned via the player's registered withdrawal method after standard verification.

10. Privacy & Data

KX88 collects personal information from players as part of the account registration and verification process. This includes your name, date of birth, mobile number, CNIC details and payment information. This data is used to operate your account, process transactions and comply with platform integrity requirements.

11. Responsible Gaming

• KX88 is not liable for any loss of winnings, data or opportunity arising from platform downtime, technical faults or internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
• KX88 is not responsible for third-party payment processing delays outside its control, including delays caused by JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or any bank's systems.
• Game results determined by certified RNG software are final. KX88 does not accept liability for outcomes considered unfavourable by the player when those outcomes are the result of correct, unaltered game operation.
• Any liability that KX88 does accept is limited to the amount held in the player's account at the time of the incident.

13. Changes to These Terms

KX88 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When a meaningful change is made, the updated date shown at the top of this page will be revised and — for significant changes — a notification will be posted in the platform announcements section.

It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the KX88 platform after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to an update, you should stop using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure and return of any remaining balance.
